Unqualified and unregulated investigation training carries significant risk of harm to others in any number of ways. This was the driver for the team at Intersol to design, develop, and deliver the worlds’ first and only vocational investigative interviewing and conversation skills qualifications, the level 3 award in ‘Dealing With Difficult Conversations’ and the level 3 qualification in investigative interviewing. Both sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and Intersol Global is a Recognised Skillsfirst Awards Centre (205.001) and a Registered Learning Provider (UKPRN 10066769).
